I washed my thighs well, cleaned them and put them aside.
In a pot I put 1l of water, I added salt, pepper, cleaned vegetables, washed and cut into slices, finely chopped garlic, rosemary sprig, onion cut in four and I boiled everything. I let it boil for 10 minutes, then I set it aside, added the juice from one lemon, the other lemon peeled and sliced and the wine. Add more salt, let it cool, then add the thighs and leave it cold from today to tomorrow.
The next day we put the thighs in the tray, we put a little sweet paprika over it, we put a little maceration over the thighs and we add oil. Put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and leave until they are almost ready.
Meanwhile, turn them from one side to the other, then take the foil and let it brown well.
