- 550 gr. flour
- 300 gr. natural yogurt (or kefir, I used)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 4-5 tablespoons of milk
- 3-4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cube of yeast
- approx. 50 gr. sliced olives
- 1 or
Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Buns with yogurt and olives:
Dissolve the yeast, mixing it with salt and sugar.
Add the lightly heated kefir (or yogurt) and flour.
Knead, from time to time add a tablespoon of oil and a tablespoon of milk.
We get a bread dough in which we add pieces of olives.
Leave to rise in the bowl in which I kneaded, covered with a kitchen towel for about 30 minutes until it doubles in volume.
Preheat the oven to moderate temperature.
Form a bun, place them in the tray on baking paper, grease them with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake the buns for 35-40 minutes until nicely browned.

Preheat the oven to 200 & # 8304 C. The raised buns are greased with beaten egg with a little milk, sprinkled with sesame seeds and baked for 20-25 minutes.
These buns work great and as a package for either. children at school, or for green grass outings etc. pt. that they are full and not as demanding of heat as sandwiches.
Buns with Buckwheat Flour and Potatoes
Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. In a cup, mix the yeast with the kefir and sugar. Make a hole in the flour in the middle then put the potatoes and liquids. Knead for 3-4 minutes until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Transfer to another bowl, grease with olive oil, cover and let rise until doubled. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and form balls. Place them on a baking sheet, cover and let rise for another 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 190 c (gas 5). Grease with beaten egg on top and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Bake for about 20 minutes or as desired. Remove and allow to cool on a cooling grill.
Buns without yeast. Prepare with baking powder
I haven't been to the store for a long time to buy bread, I prefer to make it myself at home, with my gloves. Today, however, I decided to make buns instead of bread, but I realized that I don't have yeast. Fortunately, I came across a recipe that does not include yeast, but only baking powder, so I decided to share it with you. It's very simple, so it's worth a try! Even the little ones will gladly eat these tasty buns.
- 400 gr wheat flour
- 260 gr natural yogurt
- Bake half a sachet of powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 or medium
- High salt and favorite seeds (for decoration)
How is it prepared?
Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift it into a bowl. In the middle we will make a hole and add salt, oil and natural yogurt. Knead the dough well until it comes off easily from the hand and is no longer sticky. At the end, cut the dough obtained into 8 and form the buns.
Wallpaper a tray with baking paper and place the buns on it. Beat the egg and then grease the buns with it. If you want you can sprinkle seeds or high salt over the buns. Then increase the buns with a knife and put the tray in the oven. In about 30 minutes, the buns should be ready.
After removing them from the oven, leave them to cool on a grill, then we can serve them. The buns are so delicious that they will be adored even by children. You can use them, without any problem, to prepare sandwiches.

Method of preparation:
