a simple but very tasty recipe! now I have eaten and I am very satisfied! the idea came to me from the last issue of the magazine practically in the kitchen. I really liked it and I couldn't resist trying it, although with many modifications.

  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 2 slices of sheep cheese
  • 2 slices of Dalia cheese
  • 2 slices of large dry salami
  • green dill
  • 1 or
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • salt

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Bread stuffed peppers:

Wash the bell pepper and cut it into 4. Bake the pepper pieces a little and add salt.

Then place a piece of pepper on top of it, place chopped green dill, then a slice of cheese, then a slice of salami, then a slice of cheese and finally a piece of pepper.

Give this assembly through beaten egg mixed with flour and then through breadcrumbs, hold with a toothpick in the middle and fry in hot oil.

It is served both hot and cold. It is cut nicely and you can place beautiful slices as an appetizer.

I recommend the use of a capsicum, it no longer requires cutting, it can be filled directly like this, I didn't find it on the market at all and I made it with bell peppers, but in my opinion the capsicum fits more and is tastier.
