Boil the cleaned, washed, chopped vegetables in a bowl, along with the also washed breast, peppercorns and salt, let it boil slowly, gathering the foam that forms;
after everything is cooked, we strain the soup, we put it back in the bowl, we pass the vegetables, we cut the chest julienne and we add it to the soup;
after a few boils add the sour cream, season to taste and turn off the heat;
separately in a bowl make a sauce from the cleaned garlic and mix with a cup of vinegar.
Serve in plates or bowls, and each puts their vinegar with garlic and how they eat.
Because I had an unpleasant incident with belly soup, I no longer put garlic and vinegar in the pot, each is served from the plate.
