When I say Mayonnaise prepared differently than in the classic way, I mean that it is prepared using the whole egg, not just the yolk and using the blender instead of the mixer.

At the end, add mineral water for creaminess and, to taste, lemon juice. The final conclusion: you can also prepare mayonnaise in a blender! The disadvantage is that it is harder to remove from the blender container and remains on its walls, but it is not a loss.


100 ml olive oil, 50 ml tarragon vinegar, 400 g butter with over 80% fat, 500 g white potatoes, 500 g cherry tomatoes, 2 pieces of semi-baked / baked avocado, a few micro plants for plating (approx. 6-7), salt and pepper, 10 g of paprika, 1 bunch of green coriander, 1 casserole of sliced ​​bacon, 4 egg yolks, lemon juice

First, prepare the tomatoes, which are cut into quarters and placed in a sieve. The potatoes, sliced ​​well, are placed in a sieve, a smaller strainer, placing them around to take the shape of a basket. Dip in hot oil and brown the potatoes until well combined. Allow to cool, then carefully remove the potato basket and place on a plate.

Peel an avocado, grate it into cubes about the size of a tomato and sprinkle with lemon juice immediately to prevent oxidation. Mix with the tomatoes, then season the salad with salt, pepper, olive oil and fill the basket with this salsa.

For the Dutch sauce, mix the egg yolks with the lemon juice and a little salt until creamy. Transfer the bowl to the steam bath and stir vigorously. Gradually drip the melted butter and stir in the same direction as in mayonnaise. When the sauce becomes creamy, season with salt and white pepper, ground and a little vinegar with tarragon. In fact, the process of preparing the bread seems simple: sift the flour into a bowl, add mayonnaise, water and salt, knead the dough and leave it to rise.

For our grandmothers, baking bread was not a science, they did not have a recipe with precise quantities, but from their hard work, the tastiest bread came out. Baking bread was in fact an art, an act of creation by which the effort to knead the dough is combined with their faith-filled thoughts, so that the bread may be blessed. They touched the dough with a certain piety, felt it, and knew if they needed to add a little warm water or flour or how much they needed to be kneaded.

We present below the way to prepare homemade bread using mayonnaise from must foam cakes and wholemeal flour, which is known to give the bread a slightly more intense taste than that of a white bread.

ingredients used for making bread:

one kg of wholemeal flour,
mayonnaise from 100 g of dumplings,
650 ml of lukewarm water,
10 g of salt

Preparation:

Start reactivating the pancakes a day before preparing the dough.

To bring the dumplings back to life, proceed as follows: for one kg of flour, 100 grams of dry dumplings are needed.

Pour a cup of lukewarm water over the weighed dumplings and set aside for a few hours, until they become soft.

Measure a cup of flour, which is mixed with the soaked dumplings, until a thick paste of creamy consistency results. Sprinkle a thin layer of flour over the dough, then cover with a cloth towel and leave to rise for 12 hours at room temperature.

The composition begins to ferment. When air bubbles appear on top, the composition is ready to be used as a starter in the preparation of bread dough, being the same as the usual mayo. Compared to regular mayo, the mustard foam starter has a much richer palette of flavors.

The night before the bread is prepared, the flour is sifted in a bowl or a bowl large enough to allow the dough to rise and rise.

Add the prepared mayonnaise and lukewarm water, mix well, then cover with a towel and let it rest for at least an hour.

After an hour, sprinkle the salt and knead the dough as follows: Lift the dough from the sides and fold it towards the center of the bowl. The operation is repeated until the dough forms air bubbles and the dough comes off easily from the vessel walls. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and a towel.

The dough is left to rise in a place away from currents for 4 or 5 hours during the summer when it is very hot or until the next morning when the temperature is lower.

It is observed that the dough has almost doubled in volume and is very aerated.

Separately prepare the form in which the bread will be baked. If you do not have a shape, the dough can form and put flour on a thick cloth lined well.

Remove the dough from the bowl, shape it, then place it either in the baking tin or on a cloth lined with flour. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for about an hour.

If the bread is baked in the oven or stove, it will be preheated to 230-240 C, with the baking stone inside. If you do not have a baking stone, you can use a tuci pot or a thick-walled pot.

To check that the dough is leavened, press it lightly with your finger, if the dough rises slowly, it means that it is ready to bake.

Before putting the bread in the oven, with the help of a sharp knife or blade, make a few notches on top to help it grow.

For the bread to be fluffy, it takes a little moisture in the oven, which is obtained by sprinkling the oven with a little water (or its hearth, if you use a bread oven), just before putting the bread in the oven.

Put the bread in a well-heated oven, and after 20 minutes the temperature will adjust to 210 - 200 C. Continue baking for 15-20 minutes, depending on the oven.

The bread is baked when it makes a nice crust on top, and the bottom sounds empty when beaten with your fingers (lightly and carefully because it is hot).

Allow the bread to cool. If it is cut while it is too hot, the core will become sticky. We wish you good luck.

Note: In the bread oven, at the beginning the temperature is high, and as the bread is baked, the temperature will temper, either by adding the embers to the mouth of the oven, or by removing the embers if a longer baking is desired.


Dietary mayonnaise

This mayonnaise is dietary because it does not use egg yolk, which is cholesterol.

INGREDIENT:
1/2 jar of classic knorr mustard (with this I found to be the best results.)
1 egg white (can and without)
1/2 l oil
lemon juice to taste
salt
It can be fluidized at the end, if needed with yogurt without fat or water.
The preparation process is exactly the same as for any mayonnaise.

1. Preparing the dough for pasta

In order to prepare the pasta dough, you will need, in addition to salt and, possibly, pepper, only two ingredients: eggs and flour. In the case of the vegan version, you will use mineral water instead of egg, in an amount similar to the weight of an egg.

Their perfect ratio is one egg per 100 grams of flour, this amount being suitable for preparing a filling portion of pasta. If you cook for several people, all you have to do is multiply these quantities by the number of participants in the meal.

If you want to prepare the dough in the classic way, by manual kneading, you will need a large enough container. Put the necessary flour in it, make a hole in the middle with your fingers and add the egg, after leaving it at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Initially mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon or a silicone spatula and then knead with your hands for another 15 minutes or 5-7 minutes if you use the food processor.

Then put the homogeneous dough in the fridge for 30 minutes. By cooling, the gluten will be activated and the crust will acquire an elastic texture. Sprinkle flour on a wooden countertop and then knead the dough again, divide it into equal parts the size of your fist and spread it well and evenly with the dough.

The sheets should be as thin as possible. For optimal results, after the first stretch, fold the sheet again and stretch it and repeat this process 4-5 times, if you want the dough to be perfectly homogeneous, stretched and elastic. Use a special cutter to cut them and use them fresh, dry them or freeze them for later use.


The 7 steps in henna painting

Step 1 Henna is prepared the night before painting. There are a lot of possible recipes, the right recipe is discovered in time, through trials. You can start with a classic mix, the one recommended in the product leaflet, which requires henna and hot water or lemon juice (acid). Be careful, the plant paint that has indigo (black henna) will NOT mix with lemon, but only with water.

Step 2 Wash your hair very well, preferably before dyeing with henna, for optimal color absorption being necessary a very clean hair. Do not use conditioner, so as not to create a protective layer of hair, which would prevent the proper absorption of vegetable dye. Also, the hair must be combed thoroughly, because it will have to be sectioned to apply the dye on each strand. After the hair has been dried and combed, you can start dyeing.

Step 3 Old towels are used around the neck, on the shoulders, on the chair, as well as newspapers on the floor or bathtub, to avoid staining them. Henna is washed from towels, and if they are white, they can be bleached to remove traces of paint from the fabric.

Step 4 Attach most of the hair to the top of the head, leaving a few strands at the nape of the neck, on which the paint is applied with a wooden spoon or a dyeing brush. After & # 8222 dressing & # 8221 these strands in the dye, it will be released little by little from the caught hair, repeating the procedure until all the hair, from root to tip, will be covered in abundance with henna paste. The smell of henna paint is that of wet hay, but it can be improved if ginger powder is added to the henna paste, for example.

Step 5 After all the hair has been covered with dye, if the forehead, neck or ears are stained, they will be wiped immediately with lemon juice or vinegar.

Step 6 Tighten dyed hair on top of the head and wrap in cellophane or a plastic helmet. It is essential to keep the heat at the scalp, so that the paint catches as well as possible. Leave in the hair for at least 2 hours.

Step 7 Wash the dye from the hair, and when the water that leaks from the hair becomes clean, it will be possible to shampoo with a natural, gentle shampoo. Henna not only colors, but also conditions the hair, acting as a nourishing mask. If you do not want coloring, but only treatment, use Cassia (neutral henna) instead of Henna, following the same steps, only mix with water. If the paint remains unused, it will be possible to freeze it and use it in the future, after thawing. Once the desired color is obtained, only the roots can be painted in the next paints. Even if the white strands are not completely covered at the first dyeing, by constant application the color will be finalized and the hair will look silky and healthy.


Caesar salad with chicken

The appetite of Caesar salad, prepared by a culinary specialist, has become more satisfying due to the fact that the chicken has been added to its composition.

The delicate poultry meat goes well with the overall taste of the dish.

Chicken has become one of the main ingredients of Caesar's traditional recipe.

What is needed for cooking:

  • 100-200 gr. lettuce
  • 200 gr. chicken meat
  • 50 gr. parmesan
  • 50 gr. White bread.

For Caesar, all salad varieties that do not have a characteristic bright taste are suitable.

You can use varieties of cabbage Romano, Iceberg, Latuk, Batavia, Chinese and Beijing.

The lettuce leaves are washed with running water, then dried.

After the salad dries, sprinkle it with your hands, then send it in a salad bowl or on a large plate (depending on your desire).

The chicken fillet can be made independently, separating the chicken breast from the bones or you can buy ready-made meat, without bone.

Then, the fillet is cut into sticks and heat treated.

The meat can be cooked in lightly salted water, chopped or fried in a pan.

Put the finished chicken on the salad.

Then fill the mixture with a bandage and let it soak.

At this point, fry the white biscuits in a pan or dry in the oven.

When they become crispy on the outside and stay soft on the inside & # 8211 they are ready.

Add a handful of biscuits to the bowl.

We add gas stations in front of them, so that the crotons are not wet.

Cut the cheese on a coarse root, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese with chicken slices.

Mayonnaise, probably one of the most favorite sauces of Romanians… but what do we do when fasting days come and we have a craving for mayonnaise ?! Nothing simpler and faster we start fasting from just a few simple ingredients and available to anyone.

It can be used successfully in almost any classic dish that contains mayonnaise, even in french fries, and if you want to have the flavor of garlic sauce with mayonnaise, all you have to do is add one or two extra cloves of garlic.

Pour the seeds into another cold bowl and let them cool. Add the sesame seeds in a blender and mix until you get a fine and creamy paste. If necessary and do not mix, remaining on the walls of the vessel, add the other oil.

How to prepare tahini mayonnaise:

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

In a food processor we put 100 g of the tahini paste obtained earlier, the rest of the ingredients and mix until we obtain a cream similar to mayonnaise.

Last year I was disappointed with the amount of books I read. So, like Valentina, I set out to read a lot more this year. The end of the series intrigued me so much (not to say upset) that I ordered the first 5 books in the series and read them breathlessly. The books are very easy to read, enjoyable, not as confusing as the series, and the story quickly turns to something new that has not yet been mentioned in the series. In addition to the 5 I have, there are 3 more, but they have not yet appeared in Romanian.

For several months now, Denisa (the girl I mentioned at the beginning) has been recommending me a series that turned her back on her. From her description I was not attracted, but I said to give her a chance (because I still have time and I didn't really know what to read again). I started the trilogy “Nsharp in the fog ” of Brandon Sanderson a few days ago, I still haven't finished my first book, but I can already say that Brandon Sanderson has reached the top of my favorite authors, an author that I will continue to buy for a while.

The book is completely different from everything I've read so far, the story is so pleasantly outlined that it instantly transposes me into the world conquered by fog with characters with completely different powers from what I've been taught so far.

Romanian. Point and from the beginning by Florin Dumitrescu, it is not only a very interesting collection of Romanian recipes adapted to the times, but it is an inspiration for any chef who wants to try something new, but still classic.

I will come back with a detailed review of the book, but testing a few recipes, I can say that it has already become an important source of inspiration for my recipes (more during this period).

The second recommendation coincides perfectly with the current situation, in view of the fact that it is a good time to make "introspections" and to think about the things that really matter. Into the "The Subtle Art of Indifference," Mark Manson it helps us make an assessment of the things we really care about or should care about. I really like this style, more pragmatic, more direct and I love the "attack" on the exaggerated positivism on which a large part of the personal development industry was built.

Vegetable lasagna for vegetarians

If from the diet, for any reason, meat is excluded - you can prepare vegetable lasagna. With zucchini, eggplant, potatoes, broccoli, zucchini, colored or white cabbage - the spectrum of selection is wide.

The originality of the recipe is different, using ricotta cheese and walnuts. You will also need the usual spices for lasagna and two medium eggplants. Proportions determined independently, but do not abuse the cheese or you will lose the flavor of vegetables.

The eggplants are washed, cut, sprinkled with salt and left to soften well for a quarter of an hour. Then, rinse, fry, as usual, for 2 minutes on each side, wait for the oil to drain.

Cut the onion with garlic, put it in the same pan as the eggplant, until it turns golden. Add the mixture of tomato snacks and spices. For ten minutes of stew, without stopping mixing.

Now nuts. Clean, rinse with boiled water, eat with a blender. Ricotta cut into cubes.

Nothing changes in the preparation of the pasta - we reduce it for a while in boiling water and, for contrast, we put it in ice water. "Levels" stars in the following order: two sheets of lasagna, tomato sauce, top eggplant, ricotta, nuts, everything is poured grated Parmesan and poured beshamel. The procedure is repeated until the vegetable chop is finished. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven, heated to 180 degrees.

It turns out to be a delicious and healthy dish that will attract not only vegetarians.


Mayonnaise the Minute

You're right, it's not important the brand of the mixer, I passed it as a miscellaneous fact.
And let me contradict you and tell you that I was careful what she wrote on Gabriela's blog, I even watched that video a few times trying to explain what I was doing wrong. And I never pulled the mixer up, only sometimes everything became liquid, and other times the mayonnaise was bound immediately.
Since I use a tight bowl, just enough to fit the mixer, it always comes out, anyway I would put the ingredients and pull it.
