  • 4 chicken legs
  • 2-3 chicken wings
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 large onions
  • a few cherry tomatoes
  • 1 box of diced tomatoes
  • 50 ml rose wine
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • olive oil
  • vegeta, white pepper, ginger, paprika, dried basil
  • half a link parsley

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken stew:

Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil.

Add after a few minutes the carrot given on the large grater, the notched chicken legs and the chicken wings cut in half.

Put enough water to cover and let it boil properly.

Add the spices to taste.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters, add over the stew and add the diced tomatoes and the finely chopped garlic.

Leave for about 15 minutes.
